Enjoyed my stay, had a real good experience. The location was marvellous and prime: shopping centres and a small shopping mall were within walking distance. Apart from that, Parc Desrosiers was 10 minutes' drive away.

The room is neat and stocked with nice decor. The location is very central.

Quality of food at restaurant is well below standard, actually using "canned" food for salad nicoise (canned salmon) and seafood pizza (canned shrimp, fake crab etc...)

Quiet hotel in an excellent position in downtown Drummondville near shopping center. New-fashioned and well stocked rooms with 2 queen beds for property guests.

Our room was modern, well-equipped with a bathroom, and had a very comfortable bed and a jacuzzi; the location was great, and having an on-site restaurant was very convenient.

Location is right off highway with easy access and the facilities were good.

Comfort & amenities of the room - especially the bathroom. Quiet rooms; friendly staff and proximity to highway. I applaud the staff in how they handled the fact that the hotel did not have any record of my reservation when I arrived. After seeing my printed booking confirmation, they simply looked in a binder of internet bookings and all was cleared up right away.

There was only 1 elevator for both hotel guests and hotel staff - this lead to problems in the morning when rooms were being cleaned. I would suggest a room spray specific for smoker rooms be used. I just left the door open & bought a room spray.

The hotel has a beautiful design and the staff were incredibly friendly. It is conveniently located in downtown Drummondville, near a shopping center, restaurants, grocery stores, and the highway.

My children loved it, the room was very welcoming and the kids asked if we could make it permanet stop over driving to and from the Maritimes. They and I really enjoyed everything. The matron was very helpful in getting me a razor and other necessities I had forgotten. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. I really liked the late check in and out. I didn't feel rushed to leave in the morning.

It was really nice having the Jacuzzi and pool after a long drive. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and our room was nice. Continental breakfast would have been nice. We utilized the work out room. It was adequate. It would be easier on the user if the equipment faced the tv. Also, the water dispenser does not work properly...The water dispenses very slow. This is nothing major, but could be improved. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying if we are in Drummondville again.

The accommodation at Best Western Hotel Universel Drummondville was impressive and quiet. the setting is amazing, and the hotel is conveniently located near convenience stores, the USA, and Canada. the staff is super friendly, and everything was great, including the wide array of delicious food available at the on-site restaurant.
